ABOUT THE ANNUAL CATHOLIC APPEAL
The Annual Catholic Appeal is an annual fundraising campaign that supports the parishes, schools, ministries, programs and agencies that serve the educational, physical and spiritual needs of the people of the Archdiocese of Chicago. Through Catholic Relief Services, the Appeal also serves people around the world, regardless of religious affiliation, whose lives are devastated by natural disasters, illnesses, wars and famine.
Faith is alive in parishes and schools, soup kitchens and counseling centers, on street corners and in churches. It’s lived through people of all backgrounds, from every neighborhood. People everywhere come together to support one another. It is in this spirit that the Appeal exists: to bring support gifts, and build strong communities through faith and your generosity.

La Campaña Católica Anual es una campaña anual de recaudación de fondos que apoya a las parroquias, escuelas, ministerios, programas y agencias que atienden las necesidades educativas, físicas y espirituales de la gente de la Arquidiócesis de Chicago. A través de Catholic Relief Services, la Campaña también sirve a personas de todo el mundo, independientemente de su afiliación religiosa, cuyas vidas están devastadas por desastres naturales, enfermedades, guerras y hambrunas.
La fe está viva en las parroquias y escuelas, en los comedores sociales y en los centros de asesoramiento, en las esquinas y en las iglesias. Ha sido vivido por personas de todos los orígenes, de todos los barrios. La gente de todas partes se une para apoyarse unos a otros. Es con este espíritu que existe el llamamiento: traer donaciones de apoyo y construir comunidades fuertes a través de la fe y su generosidad.
