The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is the process within the Catholic Church intended for those adults who wish to become Catholics and begin preparation for the Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist).

The RCIA program runs from September to the Easter season. A photocopy of the person’s birth, baptismal and/or First Communion certificates must be presented at the time of registration.
